Alchemyca strives to provide you with choices about your Personal Information and Online Activity Information which we may collect. The following mechanisms give you the following controls over your information:
Tracking Technologies and “Do Not Track”: You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our Website may not be accessible or not function in the proper way. We rely on third party ad networks to deliver relevant advertising messages on our behalf. Because we do not deliver or track online ads, we currently do not respond to your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser.

6. How Do You Access, Correct, or Remove Your Information?
Contact us to request access to, correct, or remove any Personal Information or Online Activity Information that we may have acquired about you from visits to our Website. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal obligation or requirement. Information that has already been de-identified and/or aggregated (including aggregated data set/s) may not be retrievable or traced back for correction or removal from any database.
7. How Do We Keep Your Information Secure?
Alchemyca limits access to your information to its employees and contractors. In addition, Alchemyca has instituted industry standard physical, technical, and procedural safeguards designed to secure Personal Information and Online Activity Information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
Although Alchemyca takes reasonable precautions, the transmission of information via the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Alchemyca does not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, altered, nor lost through a breach of any of our physical and electronic safeguards.
We retain Personal Information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we obtained the Personal Information and consistent with applicable law. We use the following criteria to set our retention periods: (i) the duration of our relationship with you and (ii) the existence of a legal obligation as to the retention period.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information or Online Activity Information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information or Online Activity Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Website. We may (and if required by law will) also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as via e-mail (if we have your contact information) or another manner through the Website.

11. Notice to California Residents
This section applies only to California residents. Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), below is a summary of the “Personal Information” categories, as identified and defined by the CCPA (see California Civil Code section 1798.140 (o)), that we collect, the reason we collect your Personal Information, where we obtain the Personal Information, and the third parties with whom we may share your Personal Information. We do not generally sell information as the term “sell” is traditionally understood. However, if and to the extent “sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include advertising technology activities such as those implemented specifically for interest-based advertising, we will comply with applicable law as to such activity.
Alchemyca generally collects the following categories of Personal Information about you when you use our Website:

Alchemyca collects your Personal Information for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The CCPA defines a “business purpose” as the use of Personal Information for the business’s operational purposes, or other notified purposes, provided the use of Personal Information is reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purpose for which the Personal Information was collected or another operational purpose that is compatible with the context in which the Personal Information was collected.
If you are a California resident, you have rights in relation to your Personal Information; however, your rights are subject to certain exceptions. For instance, we cannot disclose specific pieces of Personal Information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the Personal Information or the security of our network systems.

To verify your identity, we may ask you to verify Personal Information we already have on file for you. If we cannot verify your identity from the information we have on file, we may request additional information from you, which we will only use to verify your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Right to Opt-Out of Selling – As described in this Privacy Policy, in certain situations we may share your Personal Information with third parties or affiliates for our marketing or other purposes. To the extent such sharing is considered a “sale” under the CCPA, as a California resident you have the right to opt-out of such sharing.
